Directions: 8101 Seymour Rd. Manassas VA 20109. The Sledding hill is next to a community center and swimming pool with lots of parking. Comments: Two hazards: Thick forest on either side of the sledding hill. STAY AWAY FROM THE WOODS. Only sled down the very center of the hill. There is a creek and road way at the bottom of the sledding hill, but I have never seen anyone reach them while sledding. Feb. 2010 Update: Thick woods on both sides of the slope (best described as a bunny hill at a ski resort). Witnessed an injury of a 6 yr. old boy who crashed into a tree and needed to be air-lifted to the hospital. EXTREME CAUTION ADVISED!!! Several moguls as well.
